Controller

The controller of your personal data is Menteluce, Türkiye. Email: hello@menteluce.com.

What we collect

Account data: your email address, your preferred language and, if you answer it, where you heard about us.

Pack data: the language, level, theme, interests and paper size you choose, and the generated sheets. Please do not enter names or health information.

Visit statistics without cookies: for each page view we store the page, the referring website and the country. Visits are grouped with a code computed from your IP address and browser that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you on another day. We do not store your IP address.

Crawler logs: for automated visitors such as search engine bots we store the bot name, the page and the time.

Payment data is collected and processed by our merchant of record (Paddle or Polar). We receive the subscription status, plan and amount, not your card details.

Why we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to send sign-in links and service emails (contract), to keep the service secure and to understand which pages and channels bring visitors (legitimate interests).

Service providers

Hosting (Vercel), database (Turso), email delivery (Resend), AI text generation (Anthropic; it receives only the theme, level, language and interests of a pack) and payments (Paddle or Polar, as independent merchant of record). Some providers process data outside your country, under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie after you sign in, to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep data

Account and pack data until you delete your account. Sign-in links expire after 20 minutes. Visit statistics and crawler logs are kept for up to 25 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to hello@menteluce.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the authority in your EU country, the UK ICO or the Turkish KVKK.

The service is not intended for children under 16.
